Konrad Dunton has been active in the arts all of his life. Both in his academic training and professional life he has been dedicated to the arts. His career path has spanned the traditional medias as well as digital, producing sculptural and digital works for film and games as well as for traditional art venues and clientele.
In film he has been creative as a computer graphics artist, in commercial work and feature length movies.
In the game industry he has produced titles primarily for console and PC.
In traditional art he has been expressive in many media, but his love is in the sculptural and figurative realm. The materials he uses in his work are also diverse: Steel, bronze, fiberglass, ceramics, stone, wood, synthetic clays and glass.
Digital Media
Sculpting from Model in Clay
Throughout the year I teach figurative sculpting using live models.
The sessions are differently themed and the model holds the same pose for the duration of the workshop.
I use a unique approach to sculpting in clay, which I have developed over the years and which allows for unique designs and few finishing step before firing the final work.
Sessions are usually Mondays from 6 pm to 10 pm and last 8 weeks.

Working with Ceramic Clay (discontinued until we have a permanent art center)
Throughout the year I teach workshops in working with ceramic clay.
The sessions cover a variety of topics concerning the use of ceramic clay and it's finishing. A variety of work methods will be covered, from hand-building, to throwing on a wheel, to slip molds.
The emphasis is on building familiarity with the medium, so as to enhance your ability to express your artistic endeavors - what ever they may be - in clay.
Sessions are usually Thursdays from 6 pm to 10 pm and last 7 weeks.
